  • Exclusive Contingent Searches are charged a percentage of the new employee’s first year total cash compensation. There is no cost until the right employee is placed.

    Retained Searches require a small fee upfront, which ensures you fill the role. 

  • I will personally work with you each step of the way, from identifying, qualifying, and presenting each candidate through hiring decision and offer negotiation. This high-level, personal approach ensures nothing is lost in the handoff from one person to another and your brand will be reflected in the best light possible, with an experienced leadership recruiter representing you.

  • As a concierge service, I conduct a custom search for each client, rather than presenting candidates already saved in a database. In one week you’ll have targeted candidate profiles to assess, and in 5-10 business days you can generally expect be interviewing candidates.
